Vegetative propagation by mini-cuttings of Brazil nut “Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl” with the aid of rhizobacteria mixes

The aim of this work was to analyze the vegetative propagation Bertholletia excelsa through mini-cutting technique, with aid rhizobacteria mixes. methodology used based on collection roots B. excelsa, from which were bioprospected. From them we formed mixes, for inoculation mini-cuttings in plantings tubes containing commercial substrate, after 90 days they dug up collect data. experiment conducted a completely randomized design, consisting 6 treatments (5 mixes and controls) replications, 1 each replication. data made available an excel table. variables analyzed were: survival, callus formation, formation length roots. According MINITAB, survival treated x controls presented significant difference by KRUSKAL-WALLIS test (p-0.01), other there no variation. MAO5PB mix, MAOPB12A, 12K, 12L, 12J 12C bacillus, qualitative analysis, selected as most productive 5 bacteria that constitute it molecularly identified: PB12A Bacillus wiedmannii; 12K paramycoides; 12L Lysinibacillus fusiformis; paramycoides fusiformis. This allows affirm is possible propagate Excelsa minicutting technique helped contribute reduce pressure forest, recovery degraded areas, increase production support small producers wood nut chain.
